Dinner and Special Event Catering

We work with the client to design menus based on their special desires. While we can offer plenty of suggestions, most clients give us a “direction” on which to develop a menu. These events can rage in size from 5-200. We also provide what we call “Theme Dinners” here at our kitchen. These are private gourmet dinners that the clients actually cook while learning some new techniques and recipes. After cooking clients sit down and enjoy the fruits of their labor.

We work to offer dishes that are as “heart friendly” as possible. Almost all of our food is made from scratch using as few “pre processed” ingredients as possible. This gives us the ability to control salt, avoid many chemical preservatives, and give our food the goodness and taste of home cooking.
