Custom Baking

This includes our homemade “9-grain” and Ciabatta breads, many specialty sweets and our own signature cookie called “Bacci”. We will attempt to fulfill any client needs including old family favorites using your recipe. All of our sweets are handmade at the time they are ordered.

We work to offer dishes that are as “heart friendly” as possible. Almost all of our food is made from scratch using as few “pre processed” ingredients as possible. This gives us the ability to control salt, avoid many chemical preservatives, and give our food the goodness and taste of home cooking.
