Louisiana Sunburst Salad:  A mix of baby greens with port marinated craisins, toasted almonds and blue cheese.  Dressed with a "raspberry, cinnamon and "Tabasco" vinaigrette

Banana Bread Pudding with Banana Rum Sauce:  Straight from Commander's Palace in New Orleans, their famous bread pudding topped with rum sauteed bananas in a caramel glaze.
